Ken is currently a judge in the APEX Awards for Publication Excellence. He is a highly regarded marketing and publishing executive with management stints at such well known industry firms as Elsevier, Penton Publishing, Medical Economics, Chemical Week Associates, Lebhar-Friedman and Reed (Cahners) Travel Group. His consulting assignments include Business Week and Quadrant HealthCom.
His executive background includes staff development, team building, strategic planning and extensive experience in the medical publishing field.
Ken is a board member of the National Trade Circulation Foundation, Inc., a member of the BPA Audience Development Managers Advisory Committee, and a guest lecturer at seminars sponsored by Audience Development Magazine. Formerly marketing director at Shain+Oringer in New York, he consults on circulation and editorial strategy for leading national publishers.
