How can I order more award certificates?

I'd like to order additional* APEX Award certificates for either myself, or my staff, co-workers and vendors who contributed to the winning entries.  How do I do that?

Simply fill out the online
Additional Certificates Order Form.

Payment may only be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), using the online Additional Certificates Order Form.  Certificate orders cannot be phoned, emailed or postal mailed in.

You can order exact duplicates of your original award certificate, or you may customize the additional certificates with the names of supporting staff, vendors or clients.  In addition, you may choose to order an additional certificate for each individual staff person involved in the project.

You also may order additional certificates for the previous year's APEX Awards.

*Note: One Award Certificate is sent to the entrant at no charge, as stated on the entry form.  To order additional Award Certificates -- at a charge of $20 each -- please use the Additional Certificates Order Form.  You also may order additional plaques.

Ordering Tip: You can upload a jpeg photo of your original certificate and clearly write in the new names you want to appear on the certificate -- of contributing staffers, vendors or clients.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

When you pay by credit card, the charge for your entries in the APEX Awards, sponsored by Communications Concepts, Inc., will appear on your credit card statement as "APEX AWARDS CONCEPTS", or something like "COMM CONCEPTS/APEX" or they may simply display some variant of Communications Concepts, Inc. or APEX.

www.mcknights.com -- McKnight's Staff, McKnight's Long-Term Care News, Northfield, IL ... "You could get lost in this homepage, and happily so. It's huge, and the visually interesting layout (nothing 'trick', mind you) contains an enormous depth and range of topics as you scroll down the very long page. In theory, so much data on a home page shouldn't work, but it does. Each story offers both a functional, descriptive head and a short deck to give readers a quick sense of the article. Pros in this field can keep their finger on the pulse just by skimming the homepage. But, of course, many drill through to read the full articles -- the whole point -- and other site resources, easily tapped via the drop down menus."
